I had the honor of having Lenny Warren, the owner of A1 Reglazing in my house, not only did he do an amazing job on my tub, but he was very professional, very informative and you could tell he cares about each job he does. I called around to a lot of other reglazing contractors for estimates and I believe I picked the right company for the job.

I wanted to send you a note saying how well impressed we are with your company and your employee, Mark. He did a perfect job of fixing a crack in our fiberglass bathtub yesterday.

We appreciate your swiftness answering our request. We called when you opened at 10:00 a.m., and our tub was repaired within six hours after the initial call. We will be able to start using it again today. Having only one shower in our house, we would be very inconvenienced to have to wait longer.

Mark worked efficiently and quietly – even minimizing the dust and the open-door ventilation in consideration of my illness with bronchitis. He was here for only about 2 1/2 hours, and fixed the crack to where you can’t even see where it was.

Well at first I was a little worried about how my bathtub would turn out because it has been in my family for generations, but when they got to my house they explained everything that would happen in detail so that I would not worry. This tub is so spectacular that even my grandmother would be proud.

I met Lenny in the course of him doing some fiberglass work on my friend’s Fifth Wheel. The damage to the side of the Fifth Wheel penetrated through to the interior. My friend received an inflated $2000 estimate through Camping World but before committing to them found Lenny and A1 Reglazing in the phone book. Lenny came and took a look at the damage and did a pretty flawless exterior repair for $800. I could barely tell where the accident occurred after Lenny was finished and the work was done in 1 day! Wow.

On a personal note, Lenny was consistently 100% professional, accountable, knowledgeable, uber hard-working, flexible, had high standards, and was totally straight-up. He earned my trust and my friend’s trust.
